Russell built the Agency on a Christian foundation with one principle motivation at its cornerstone: The customer's needs come first. The agency continues to grow Russell's wife, Verna; son, Rusty; daughter-in-law, Gwen; and his three grandsons, Russ, Wes, and Lindsay have all become a part of what makes up the Agency we have today.
