He started his own agency in Oakland in 1985 as Pleasant Insurance Agency, Inc. We have been providing our pleasant service to consumers throughout the greater Bay Area and beyong. We are not aggressive agents. Putting our clients first, we provide them with products that are right for them rather than what is profitable for us. Our agency does not charge any additional fees.
