My husband and I have integon. Recently had an car accident. I spoke to the claims dept. The insurance adjuster was terrible. She responded on the first day and I submitted photos to her for damage to my vehicle she said I call you to give an estimate of the quote. I call her didn't return my call still waiting. The lady that hit my car I contacted her insurance company which is state farm the insurance adjuster was more cooperative then our insurance adjuster. I'm like you suppose to go over this insurance company for damages did to our car. That's what we pay you for. We still trying to get this settle. My husband and I are so upset with this insurance company and we ready to cancel them and look elsewhere. We use to have Erie insurance they was on point. Unfortunately, they went out of area. This integon insurance is a joke. I pray we get settled soon. I recommend you look elsewhere for car insurance.

I was rear-ended by one of their clients almost 2 months ago.  My vehicle is only now getting fixed. The Integon agent that was supposed to be helping us, Jaylah Williams, has never returned a phone call or email.  They have failed to provide me with a rental so I had to borrow a vehicle from a friend.  The ONLY reason we have been contacted by her was our Collision Center got ahold of her supervisor and that is the only reason my car is in the shop finally getting fixed right now.

If I could leave no stars, I would.  This has been extremely stressful.  It should not have been this difficult.

Integon Insurance Agency LLC / Agent Kamal

I had a very disappointing experience with integon Insurance Agency and my agent, Kamal. At first, he gave me a cheaper quote, but later the bill became much higher. When I asked why, he said he would make changes to fix it. I even told him more than 100 of times and completed the changes, but he never processed the cancellation or correction properly.

I told him to cancel my insurance two months earlier, but he didn’t do it. Because of his delay, the policy got canceled automatically for nonpayment, even though I had already paid my premium in advance. This whole mistake ended up costing me around $2,500 in total loss.

Now I’ve even received a notice saying I owe $62, and that it may go to collections. This is completely unfair because the cancellation should have been done long before, and I shouldn’t be charged for their mistake.

Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. The agent didn’t communicate properly, didn’t take care of my requests on time, and caused me a big financial loss. I would strongly not recommend this agency or agent to anyone looking for reliable or honest insurance service.

Daughter was hit in my truck last night by one of their drivers. I've tried calling to file a claim and Noone answers unless you hit 1 for an insurance quote. As soon as you mention claims department they hang up on you.

Very disappointing experience. They are  so quick to take payment but very slow to handle car claim. I hit a deer and contacted them, this process was very fast. When it was time for inspection of my truck no updates, communication or anything. Everything just went silent. Can’t get anybody in the phone ever. Representative will send text messages but never call.
