Accident Free Discount
You can earn a discount after 3 years without an accident—based on your driving history regardless of your insurance carrier. Reach 5 years for an even larger discount.1
Violation Free Discount
You'll get a discount if your driving history is violation-free for 3 years. And enjoy even more savings at 5 years.1
Multi-Policy Discount
Save up to 15 percent when you combine your home and auto policies.1
President's Guarantee
Bring your auto vehicle to one of our approved repair facilities and we'll guarantee the work for as long as you own the vehicle.2
Small Claim Forgiveness
Your premium won't go up due to a claim under $750.3
New Teen Discount
Available on your next policy renewal if you've been an auto customer for more than one year and add a teen driver.1
Safe Driver Renewal Guarantee

Auto rewards program frequently asked questions
Auto customers who joined Liberty Mutual through our network of independent agents are automatically enrolled.
At this time the Loyalty Program is only available to independent agent customers.
Currently the Loyalty Program is only for Auto customers.
After 1 complete year you automatically move to Silver status and after 5 years you automatically move to Platinum status.
The Auto Loyalty Program is completely free!
Yes, however some benefits within the Loyalty program are not available in all states. See below for details:
- Accident and Violation Free Discounts: Some AK customers may not qualify. Check with your independent agent for more information. Customers in MD are offered the Good Driver Discount instead.
- President's Guarantee: MA and RI customers are offered the Superior Service Program.
- Small Claim Forgiveness: Not available to customers in CA.
- New Teen Discount: Some customers in AK, MA, NY, NC, ND, SD, and WA may not qualify. Check with your independent agent for more information.
