Buy insurance through an agent today. Balmer Insurance Agency opened its doors in 1945 as the Harold E. Flack Agency. In 1973 the business was Incorporated as Flack & Balmer Insurance Agency. Our company was amended to Balmer Insurance Agency in 1991. In 1984, we moved from center city Wilkes Barre to our current location at 225 East 8th Street in Wyoming, Pennsylvania. Ken Balmer has been with Balmer Insurance since January of 1979.
