Buy insurance through an agent today. Plummer Insurance was founded in Bridgeport, Nebraska in 1927 as the insurance arm of the Bridgeport State Bank. Steve and Helen Plummer purchased the Agency in 1984 and renamed it “Plummer Insurance, Inc”. We have remained a family company for the more than 35 years since. Steve and Helen’s son Andrew Plummer became President and owner in April 2014, and the agency continues to grow under his direction. We now serve more communities than ever, with eight branch offices and counting.
