Discounts and Savings Disclaimer

Discounts and savings are available where state laws and regulations allow, and may vary by state and how you purchase. Certain discounts apply to specific coverages only. To the extent permitted by law, applicants are individually underwritten; not all applicants may qualify.

Auto

Accident Forgiveness: Accident Forgiveness is subject to terms and conditions of the eligibility guidelines. Not available in CA and may vary by state.

Better Car Replacement™: Optional coverage in some states; availability varies by state. Eligibility rules apply.

Claims Free Cash Back™:
  1. Policies will be reviewed twice a year. In order to receive the reward, customers must have no AT-FAULT claims reported to the policy system in the prior six months. For the purposes of this review, we will not consider the following: claims for which you are not at fault, as determined by us; at-fault claims that fall under the current threshold for surcharging; and Comprehensive-only claims. Customers with a late payment that is outstanding on the day the policy is reviewed will not receive the reward.
  2. Cash back amount is calculated based on policy term written premium as measured at the time of the claims-free review.
  3. Available to 12-month Superior, Premier, and Ultra auto policies. Not available in all states. Terms and conditions apply.

Claims Valet Service™: Availability varies by state. Claims Valet Service™ is available if your policy contains rental car reimbursement and you have a covered loss. Other restrictions and eligibility rules apply.

Diminishing Deductible: Diminishing Deductible available only with certain coverage endorsements when collision coverage applies to your policy. Limitations apply. Not available in all states.

Free Windshield Repair: The property damage must be covered by your policy. Not available in all states.

ID Cards: Insurance ID cards are permitted in most states; however, some states do not permit the use of Mobile Insurance ID cards as proof of insurance.

New Vehicle Replacement: Optional endorsement. Applies to a covered total loss. Your car must be less than one year old, have fewer than 15,000 miles, and have had no previous owner. Does not apply to leased vehicles or motorcycles. Subject to applicable deductible. Availability may vary by state.

President's Guarantee: Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper maintenance is not covered. We will repair or replace any defective work of the Guaranteed Repair Network facility. Guaranteed Repair Network is not available in MA or RI. In these states we offer the Superior Service Program (SSP).

Rental Car Reimbursement: Rental Car Reimbursement is provided under the Loss of Use optional coverage. Elected rental car coverage daily limits will apply. Damage must be a covered loss. Payment will be limited to that period of time reasonably required to repair or replace the auto (or your policy limit, whichever comes first). May vary by state.

RightTrack® Discount: The RightTrack® score applies only to the base coverages on the participating vehicles, which may include Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Comprehensive, Collision, Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or Medical Payments, Uninsured Motorist, and Underinsured Motorist (subject to state availability), and excludes fixed expenses (where applicable). Initial discount and availability may vary by state. Final rate is based on driving behavior and applied after review period is completed or at renewal. New rate applied only to base coverages, may exclude fixed expenses. Not available in all states.

Roadside Assistance: Optional coverage. Subject to policy limits and conditions. May vary by state or how you purchase. Real time tracking may not be available with all roadside assistance service providers. Coverage provided and underwritten by Liberty Mutual Insurance and its affiliates, 175 Berkeley Street, Boston MA 02116.

  • For Essential/Enhanced/Superior: Optional coverage. Roadside Assistance package includes towing to a qualified facility or location within 15 miles, delivery of fuel or fluid (costs of these items not included), and changing of flat tires only with insured's inflated spare. May vary by state.
  • For Ultra: Roadside Assistance package includes towing to a qualified facility or location within 15 miles, delivery of fuel or fluid (costs of these items not included), and changing of flat tires only with insured's inflated spare. May vary by state.
  • For Premier: Roadside Assistance package includes towing to a qualified facility or location within 100 miles, delivery of fuel or fluid (costs of these items not included), and changing of flat tires only with insured's inflated spare. May vary by state.

Auto Loyalty Program: The loyalty program is subject to state underwriting guidelines and policy terms. Only available to customers who joined Liberty Mutual through an independent agent. May not be available in all states and circumstances. Guaranteed renewal restrictions apply and rewards may not apply to all customers. Rewards are subject to change. Any lapse in auto coverage may reset the program level.

Safe Driver Renewal Guarantee: Must be current on payments, in compliance with policy contract, information requests & UW guidelines. All policy operators cannot have any claims, violations or incidents. May not be available in all states. Subject to state underwriting rules.

Small Claim Forgiveness: Subject to terms and conditions of eligibility guidelines. Not available in CA and may vary by state. Limit to one claim under $750 per policy term.

Superior Service Program (SSP): Superior Service Program (SSP) is only available in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In certain other states we offer the Guaranteed Repair Network. If you choose to have your damage review done at an SSP shop, you must have your repairs done at that shop. Coverage differs by state and is subject to coverage limits. Property

Contractor Repair Network: Availability of Contractor Repair Network may vary by state.

Personal Property Replacement Cost Coverage: Optional coverage. Subject to a deductible. May vary by state.

Roofing replacement warranty: five (5) years, and one (1) year on roof repairs. All other repairs have a five (5) year workmanship warranty. The warranty is nontransferable and does not extend to upgrades, deviations, and/or additions that you may have elected to include in addition to the claim-related repairs. To ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of the program, all claim-related repairs assessed by Claims Representative must be completed by the assigned contractor only. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or unreasonable use is not covered. Not all services are available in all geographic locations. Warranties and deductibles may vary. Water Mitigation: Not all services are available in all geographic locations. You are in no way obligated to use our Water Mitigation Program Vendors.

Auto and Property

12-Month Rate Guarantee: 12 month policies may be standard in several states. Your rate is guaranteed for one full year from your effective date. Rate guarantee may not apply if there are customer-initiated changes that impact policy premium.
