Absolutely unprofessional and unhinged employees which undoubtedly speaks to a broader view of how their corporate culture must be. One of their agents, Casey Arman; thought it appropriate to review bomb our business - located in Georgia - for no reason whatsoever ; no interaction, no explanation.   When we attempted to contact him to see what happened; he chose to ignore every single correspondence attempt.  As an insurance company; your main business is risk mitigation. Are you aware that your employees participate in Libel?    Accountability needs to be brought forward.   I mean the guy literally spends all his days negatively reviewing every small business he interacts with over every tiny sleight but its absolutely outrageous that he chooses to randomly target us with no prior contact.    THAT'S the type of people this agency employs and you're supposed to try and trust your well being to.

They denied my dogs life insurance and one died. I am infuriated Casey didn’t help me at all. This is clearly a sham company made to deny everything on the backs of others pain

They discriminate against dog breeds, but were at least nice enough to point me towards an agency that knows breeds don't dictate dog behavior. I'll give them points for the customer service as they were prompt and courteous, but their policy on breeds is shameful.

Very beautiful facility. Very professional company along with a highly involved company in the community! Be aware that there are numerous different services in this one building not just insurance. Insurance through H&B is on 3 and 4. They also offer financial services, risk management, real estate, etc. A lot more than I was aware of!

I actually went to my naturalpathic doctor that is in the same building but they aren't on here yet
